Bachelor of Product Design

My degree from Griffith University, Australia is in product and industrial design, which is why I care as much about how things are built as how they look. That origin still shows up in the work: prototypes over promises, systems over screens.

Experience

I manage a team of around 10 associate and senior designers at Publicis Sapient, plus project and initiative teams on top of that. The flagship engagement: an AI-powered incident management platform for a multibillion-dollar Canadian grocery retailer, covering 2,400+ stores against a $30M annual savings target.

Across successive engagements I have led design for a Fortune 500 US telecom carrier, the grocery retailer above, and currently a Fortune 500 US retailer, conducting 25+ hiring interviews a year and developing designers toward senior roles. Before Publicis Sapient: PeopleGrove, Squadcast, and earlier roles spanning high-growth startups and large enterprises.

The responsibility of determining what the team should create to provide more value to the customer lies with the product owner. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®), I have a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum framework, principles, and values.
